Add thyme, salt, pepper and stock. Chop onions and carrots add to the soup let boil until carrots are crisp, add oysters let boil for 2 minutes Serve with the sour cream which you let boil until half reduced. 300g of Oysters 50g of Spring Onions 1 Carrot 150g Cauliflowers 100g of Mushrooms 1 Tomato Potatoes 300 ml of pure cream 100ml of red wine Black pepper and fresh leaves of Winter Tarragon Chop spring onions green part, mushrooms and tomato.
