Wrapped Pork Mince Patties in Cabbage Leaf

250g pork mince Salt, pepper, dill and parsley 1 egg 2 tablespoon of plain flour 1 carrot, 2 handfuls of Shallots, 2 handfuls of Zucchini, 6 Beans. Clean and chop carrot, shallots, Zucchini and beans. Then put in a food processor and process until small bits and pieces. Mix all ingredients. Make 6 patties out of the mixed ingredients.   Grab hold of 6 leaves of Old Women Gossip Cabbage. Blanch the leaves in boiling water then dip in cold water. Place a Pattie on each cabbage leaf. Wrap into a parcel. Bake in oven at 180 degree C for 1 hour. Decorate with leaves and flowers of Nasturtiums. Link to photo of dish. Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater Soup

Go to your organic and bio-dynamic garden and grab the following veggies: Pumpkin, carrots and celeriac/celery root. Peel and chop pumpkin then cook. Put in blender and give it a good shakeup. Put in pot and add some old Miss Piggy or Moo cow stock. Clean carrots and celeriac/celery root, peel and cut into squares and cook in soup. Kaleidoscope

When I was a child I was intrigued by the kaleidoscope. I was given a kaleidoscope when I turned seven. I could sit for hours and just turn this cylinder around and around and forever create new colourful patterns. I thought it was magic. Later at school I was taught how to make one and my universe unfolded and revealed yet another dimension. Inside the cylinder which had three mirrors put together in a triangle we put loose colourful objects such as beads, plastic bits and pieces and broken glass. We found amber at the beach and added it to the collection of objects.
