I always celebrate Full Moon. I think it is a wonderful phase of the Moon’s journey. I recharge and cleanse my crystals every Full Moon. I have a small white circular cloth which represents the Full Moon. I put it out in the garden on the ground in a beautiful spot where I usually don’t walk. I place a big Abalone shell in the middle of the cloth and fill it with small clear crystals. I place four cone shaped shells pointing outwards with even distance, one for each direction. Around the Abalone I place all the crystals I want to recharge in a pattern following my intuition. You can place whatever you feel like on the cloth. I usually put some coral and Moonstone out. Garden Spirit and the Wildlife
I always tell the garden spirits that I am going away on a holiday of any length. They like to know my whereabouts and this way they don’t feel left out. More important is for us humans to acknowledge that the garden spirits are our helpers and supporters and they perform a lot of magic that you might not be aware of if you can’t see, feel or hear it. If you still your mind and take time to observe with all your senses what is going on in your garden or nature you will eventually start learning and understand. Me and my Stinging Nettle
When I was growing up back in Denmark Stinging Nettle was a very important herb in my life. The nettle I am referring to is the Urtica dioica which is an herbaceous perennial flowering plant, native to Europe, Asia, northern Africa, and North America. I was very close to my Grandmother and she would teach me about herbs and so called weeds about animals and insects and about the time when she was a young girl working as a sheep herder on a small island. She knew a lot about survival. She recycled everything she could ever think of. Nothing was ever wasted. She told me how to use the stinging nettle to ward off or lessen the pain of arthritis by applying the herb directly on the skin. I thought that was a bit cruel.
