Cherry Blossom Textile Exhibition in Japan

“Under the Cherry Tree” Renowned Australian textile artist Ulla Melchiorsen takes her Cherry Blossom Textile Collection to Japan. Join Ulla on her magic journey unravelling the cocoon of an awesome on the far out edge and definitely fringed exhibition with stunning and sometimes overwhelming installations. The exhibition which is a two week travelling exhibition will be officially opened in Osaka at Osaka Castle Park on the 7th April 2018 at 4.30pm. All welcome. The exhibition will furthermore be showcased in Kyoto at Daigoji Temple in Nara, at Koriyama Castle Park in Kobe, at Egeyama Park in Hiroshima, at Hiroshima Peace Park and finally in Fukuoka at Fukuoka Castle.
