From My Heart
This book is about my daily life with Peder. It is a true story. It is a book about freedom to explore life on our wonderful Mother Earth. It is about listening to the song of birds and the water trickling in small pristine streams. This book is about our lives on the road. It is about different healing modalities that I have learned over the years, most important to me the Auric healing. It is a book about magic, herbs and crystals.

Down Memory Lane
My late Grandmother (on my late Father’s side) and her siblings were all born on a very beautiful and rather isolated island by the name Læsø in the North Sea bay of Kattegat in Scandinavia. This is where they grew up and this island became a wonderful place for holidays from my early childhood and […]

I always celebrate Full Moon. I think it is a wonderful phase of the Moon’s journey. I recharge and cleanse my crystals every Full Moon. I have a small white circular cloth which represents the Full Moon. I put it out in the garden on the ground in a beautiful spot where I usually don’t […]

Hi Ulla! Oh I so enjoyed your wonderful true life story. What an experience for you as a child and adult. Thank you for letting us see it through your eyes. I felt I was there with you. The photos were amazing. The Island sounds like a paradise in every way as well as the fishing and collecting seafood. I would love to visit such a place to see and experience the simple interesting, hardworking, rewarding life of the people who lived there. Thank you your sharing this gem with us.

Seed Saving
This information is fantastic Ulla! I have quite a few areas of our garden that need re-planting and now with your incredible knowledge and observations, I can draw from that and put in things that are going to thrive together and maybe even notice some of my own observations in the process ~ Thank You xo

Mighty Mekong Delta
My parents have been making this for years, they swear by it! I remember once when I was young I thought it would be delicious, and I asked and asked Mum if she would let me have some. Despite her protests she gave in, and she let me try it… it was the worst thing I had ever tasted! So it must be good for you haha. Thank you for writing this and taking me back to simpler times 🙂
