Gardening is a great passion of mine and so rewarding when you plant your seeds and see them germinate and grow into beautiful flowers, herbs and vegetables or even trees. Ulla’s Garlic Treatment
36 cloves of garlic 5 lemons Peel garlic, wash lemon leave skin on, cut into small pieces, pips and all. Put in blender with 1 l of water, add little by little. Blend well. Put in pot, bring to simmer then cool. It must never boil. Keep in fridge. Drink 40 ml every night before bedtime for 21 days. Have 8 days off then do 21 days again. Repeat every year. This “Seven Ray “meditation involves a unique mixture of colours to enhance the various combinations of qualities of the human nature. You will feel the benefits of this meditation if done on a regular basis. When you are doing the meditation alone, keep a watch close by to time the minute interval. The group of colours will naturally change to the next flow of colours to appear just as the colours of the rainbow blend from one colour to the next. Find a comfortable position and relax. Close your eyes. Take three long deep breaths. Feel each breath that you take is filling your entire body. Breathing in slowly and out slowly. Now connect yourself with the Universe by visualising a cord, directly above descending from above to you. This cord is white and starts to form a cone right around you. As you are surrounded by the cone you will note how safe and even further relaxed you become. Now from above you will see and feel the energy of the Sun.
