Moon and Elemental Meditation

April 19, 2016 by Ulla Leave a Comment

Find a comfortable position and relax. Close your eyes. Take three long deep breaths. Feel each breath that you take is filling your whole body. Breathing in slowly and out slowly.

Now connect yourself with the Universe by visualising a cord, directly above descending from above to you. This cord is white and starts to form a cone right around you. As you are surrounded by the cone you will note how safe and even further relaxed you become.

From above you will see and feel the energy of the Moon. The rays of the Moon is descending the cord, starting to fill the cone around you with its energy.  The Moon is affecting your emotions, your unconscious habits, and your memories. It is The Mother and maternal instincts. Breathe in the white and silver light of the Moon. The white and silver rays increase love, healing, fertility, peace, compassion and spirituality. Feel the energy work within.

Relax and breathe gently for one minute.

The rays from above are now changing. See and feel the energy of the element of Fire. Fire cleanses our thoughts and body. Fire creates outer and inner warmth.  It brings new life. Fire is change, will and feelings. See and feel the energy of the vermillion red, orange and golden yellow. Breathe gently allowing the colours to come down the cord, filling the cone that moves through and around you. Fire is sexuality, the masculine element, renewal, birth and creativity. Fire is energy and movement, will, power and growth. Feel the energy of the colours absorbing into your body.

Relax and breathe gently for one minute.

The colours of the rays descending are now changing to azure blue, bright lavender and electric green. See and feel the energy of the element of Air. Air is our mind, our thoughts and our intelligence. It is the first step to creativity. Air is clear; it is visualization. See and feel the energy of the azure blue, bright lavender and electric green vibrating down the cone and through your body.  Air is movement and motivates forces which manifest the visualization. Air is travel and freedom. Air promotes knowledge and uncovers lies. Air helps us to develop our psychic power. Air is the masculine element, dry, expanding and active. Feel the energy work within.

Relax and breathe gently for one minute

Continue to breathe the rays gently down your body. The next rays start to descend from the Universe naturally changing in colour to navy blue, turquoise, purple and emerald. See and feel the energy of the element of Water. Water is love, feelings and our subconsciousness. Water is constantly moving even in a still pond. It is absorbing. See and feel the energy of navy blue, turquoise, purple and emerald.  You will see that the colours automatically go into their correct placing within your body awakening your inner most being. Continue to breathe gently and quietly. Water is the feminine aspect.  Water is excitement, passion and compassion. It is friendship and forgiveness. Water is our tears. Feel the energy of the colours absorbing into your body.

Relax and breathe gently for one minute.

The energy descending the cord is now changing. See and feel the energy of Earth. Earth is our Mother, our home. Earth is diversity, prosperity and wealth. Earth is stability and fertility. The rays descending the cord are changing to apple green, grey and bronze yellow, flowing to the places inside you where they are needed. Earth is the feminine element. Earth is nurturing. It is the food we eat, our body and bones. Earth is the symbol of stability, endurance and solidarity. Earth is manifestation. The apple green, grey and bronze yellow rays are grounding, centring, protecting and purifying you. As the rays move down the cord and into the cone, feel these colours moving through and around your body. Feel their energy, their power and goodness.  Feel protected.

Relax and breathe gently for one minute.

Now the cone and cord returns to the Universe, leaving you energised, relaxed and feeling good within.

When you are ready open your eyes and return to our space.
