Ulla’s Garlic Treatment

36 cloves of garlic

5 lemons

Peel garlic, wash lemon leave skin on, cut into small pieces, pips and all.

Put in blender with 1 l of water, add little by little. Blend well. Put in pot, bring to simmer then cool.  It must never boil.  Keep in fridge.

Drink 40 ml every night before bedtime for 21 days. Have 8 days off then do 21 days again. Repeat every year.

Drink plenty of water during treatment.

This is good for germs, yeast infection, lack of energy, cold, flu and so on.

    My parents have been making this for years, they swear by it! I remember once when I was young I thought it would be delicious, and I asked and asked Mum if she would let me have some. Despite her protests she gave in, and she let me try it… it was the worst thing I had ever tasted! So it must be good for you haha. Thank you for writing this and taking me back to simpler times 🙂
